Remove my name on Credit Bureau and on your records

My name is Fezile Mangwane I've been receiving emails since the 11 September 2025 regarding a Truworths account by Norton Lambrianos Attorneys to make payment on the 17 October 2025 I requested the contract from them that I signed with Truworths with the proof of payments I made to the account till today I have not received the copies. On the email I told them I'm owing them nothing if they can't provide me with those copies they must remove my name at the Credit Bureau and on there records, I am dispute I do not owe them nothing. reference number: EI004414
