Refund

My name is Richard. After paying my last installment in October last year the company send me my paid up letter. In November I accidentally transferred R500 to their account and I contacted them to refund my money and they told me I will get my money during the first week of January on the 22nd of January I called to check how far are they with my refund , Dikeledi Kutumela from the company told me she will talk to her supervisor and get back to me after via e email, even now i haven't received the email and my R500.
