poor service
This company is *****ing people . I had an arrangement to settle my account over 6 months via a debit order but I was debited on the 7th month. When I call their offices to enquire. I spoke to Thuthuka Ntombela who had promised me a refund 2 days after we spoke.
A follow up email was sent to him with no response till to date. Can a company collecting for a big bank like ABSA be so *********** , its clear the agents and admin there are sleeping as no one did their job to cancel my debit order and to date a paid in full letter has not been issued.
I want to know whats going on.
