Poor service

<p>I have written a review few weeks ago and received a response from this company via email stating that i have till the 9th of July to make a payment of 300 and my account will be closed i made the payment on the 8th of July and sent 3 emails with proof of payment but didnt receive a response today i receive a phone call stating that i need to pay 360 more to close my account i never receive statments from them also it is becoming frustrating going back and forth calling them and receiving no help </p>
