I contact Norton Lambrianos for information regarding my account (ABSA Credit Card ). Spoke to Brione. She is the most helpfull person in that firm.Spoke to me in a friendly and helpfull way.Give me the information i was looking very quickly and proffesionally. I also asked for a statement. That was send to me quickly as well.<br> Ussually when i phone or contact the firm it does not go so well.<br> <br> Brione thank you very much for the way you respond to my query<br> I think that they must use you to train some of teh other employees how to speak and react to your customers <br>
