PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT NOT RECOGNISED

<p>I have been making payments as per arrangement and suddenly I receive a threatening sms that NLA SUMMONS is now at the Sheriff to come serve me COURT documents. Unless they receive payment for the outstanding balance as they may proceed with the processing of JUDGEMENT (This may then lead to selling my goods at Public Auction. I have explained my situation that the reason I was not able to make payments on my Virgnin Money credit card due to unemployment. The moment i got employment I made an arrangement to pay 500 as I have been without fail. And now I receive such threatening sms's ?????? At least I'm making sure that EVERY MONTH I make the 500 payment and explaned to the consultants that this is what I can afford but clearly they dont want to hear it.....SO WHAT DOES A PERSON DO IN THIS SITUATION!!!!!!! </p>
