Pathetic Service

I was incorrectly debited on my account. Which was closed with Norton Lambrianos. I've been running behind them for days now,trying to get some clarity as to when the debit order with be reversed. I spoke to a consultant in the revolving credit department (standard bank) Thabo.... His service was disgusting. I then asked to speak to a manager who told me she would get feedback and call be back yesterday the 4th October. Which didn't happen. I then called back today and got through to Thabo again who said hell get the lady to speak to me. He put me on hold and disappeared for a few minutes just to return to tell me that the woman I spoke to was in a meeting and would call me back.... It's the 5th October 4:21 and I still haven't heard back.... This is disgusting
