Pathetic attorneys

I requested a settlement letter for my Nedbank credit card which was handed over to them. I paid the amount as per settlement letter, however, the account is not settled at Nedbank. Account was settled 15 October 2023, to date I have not received my paid up letter, credit bureaus are also not updated
