Paid up letter
Very bad service, my account was settled in May 2021 and to date i am still waiting for paid up letter. The consultants are rude and useless. Overall poor service.

Kindly be advised that we had sent you an email on the 18th November 2021 advising you that we are still waiting for our client to send through the Settlement Letter (Paid-up Letter). Unfortunately, this is beyond our control as the Settlement Letter has to be authorized by our client.
One of our managers will be in contact with you to explain the Settlement Letter & Credit Bureau procedure accordingly.
