Over deducting my account
I have an account with Norton Lambrianos for My RCS Account from May 2014- till current am very angry that they deducted from my account for a phone call I made to them on 26/09/2014 requesting them to email me the statements and its suppose to be their duty to email me statements for my balance every month and they charged me R27.50 for the phone call I made and also charged me R23.94 x4 for the email they sent me for the statements off which I received one email for one statement not 4emails. They keep sending sms to my old number confirm that they will deduct and also send to my new number and they charge me for both numbers but knowing very well that my old number is not working and they do call me on my new number. This service is just ridiculous I need my money back for those ridiculous deductions
