Online Query

I do not know how many times I have asked this people to update my information on their website , till to date it says I have not made any payment , queried it was promised it will sorted by the 7th , today is the 17th still the system shows nothing , bunch of ****** who want to email , sms and phone me then charge me for those transactions? WHY ? I need to manage my account online and they cant seem to do that.
