Not worth the trouble anymore

These unprofessional bunch of people is a reflection of it's hierarchy in the organization. From the amount of continues calls and messages I receive from them weekly... asking the same questions. Receiving the same answers, leads me to believe that they work with pen and paper only, as tools.

The electronic communication they send is without reference to any account. The statements I requested from their 15 calls a week is not only disregarded but also not available.

Nobody has accurate information to relay to me. Everybody uses the same unproffesional script they documented and the calls are only harrassment.

No ****ing way do I wish to promote anything these assholes do.

I swear you making it easy for me to avoid your harrassment and difficult for yourselves to get any positive ratings.

The subject line in one of your communications recently reads

NEDBANK FILE - APRIL ARRANGMENTS Dear Sir / Madam,

Despite our repeated requests to make arrangement with you on your Nedbank file you have failed to do so.

Your file is now with our legal department pending legal action. Urgently contact us to make and arrangement.

All this even though I send Proof of payments.
