Not listening to client requests

If zero stars was an option This practice and attorneys should be disbarred. They lack general understanding of legal practices. I have explained to them over and over again about discrepancies regarding settlement costs. But they seem to not pay any attention. I really wanted to settle this matter internally but seeing that this practice is *********** I will have to waste my time going my legal route.
