Norton unfairly adding an 2500 over a Curro account with 2100 balance

I received a notification that my Curro account was handed over and that i had 7 days to contact them. Initial balance was 8k, 2.5k was paid on the 6th May 2024 and it was followed by 4k payment the next day before i even received the email that the account was handed over! The balance is 2k at the moment and from that they seem to have added over R2500 from just 4 hours that i received the notification email from them. Unfair ethics! *** and the crew
