Norton staff and comply is trash.

I am utterly disgusted at the call centre agents for th his company, called in to correct my accounts as this has not been resolved for a few years and the consultant who was extremely rude put the call down in my ear!! He then called back and I requested him to assume with the query to which he said I must call another agent. This is the reason why this company will fail!!! I'm disgusted my issue not resolved and my credit record tarnished. This company is a joke!!! I don't know why they still operate as they take your money don't record this then tarnish you credit record. The consultants are rude they do not j ow how to correct their mistakes andbclearly need more training!!! I will take this further with the IPC. The service is ********** as well as the staff!! I want this resolved and closed as I'm sick of this ****ty behavior and unwillingness to resolve my issue!!!
