NORTON LAMBRIANOS, THE WORST SERVICE EVER

Good day, I actually contacted these people to pay my jet account. I was told that i qualify for a reduction if i pay before the 20th December 2020, which i did. Account *** /PE00718. I sent Ingrid Joseph proof of payment and sent them emails requesting a letter that the account is paid in full. I even sent it on their WhatsApp account. What i dont get is that these people dont get back to you. Their communication is very poor, disgusting actually. They are quick to send you emails as reminders, even sms's and when you try to contact them they just dont answer your call, you are on hold like you have the worlds airtime. NORTON LAMBRIANOS are very unprofessional for attorneys. I am appalled by their service. I would just really appreciate it if someone could assist me from their side, the money is paid... You got what you wanted, all i want is the relevant proof of the paid up and closed account.I dont thinl its too much to ask. If only Debete Makalema or Ingrid Joseph would reply as quick as they did when sending banking details. It feels as though these people are running a **** operation the way they operate.
