NORTON LAMBRIANOS ATTORNEYS REPRESENTATIVE HARASSMENT
Absolute harassment! I have been continously harassed by this firm regards an account that I have been placed under review for. The bank and my debt company are fully aware of such but every single day without fail I am harassed by this firm. Today 13/05/21 I was called during my working hours by a rude and arrogant man who refused to give me his name and surname together with the reference for the call. I explained the situation and asked him for his email address so I can forward him confirmation, he refused to give me this as well and undermined my knowledge even though I legitly explained to him about 4 times. This is a legal firm and they do not understand simple concepts such as "voluntary surrender of estate". They asked me on multiple occasions what that was and to explain it to them. They then capture an arrangement on my name and send me an sms when I haven't even given a go ahead of such. Today I have been embarrassed, undermined and harassed by a representative of this firm and I demand this be resolved and the person dealt with for his arrogance and rudeness. You do not embarrass a person who is under a financial crisis!!!!
