Norton Lambrianos Attorneys- Identity error

My mother who is a 74 year old pensioner who never opened an account in her life has been receiving telephone calls and messages regarding an RCS account which she never had. After several requests for them to produce the actual application they advised that it was an error. Now they started to pester her again but cannot produce the proof. Too many unskilled staff who don't know the law.
