Norton Lambriano No means of contact / No answers to even a simple statement

Yesterday i received a sms that says i owe ABSA on a loan that was settled. I tried to contact Norton Lambriano's numerous times whereby their desk transferred me with no answer. Eventually when i got through i was given half a story which when i ask for a statement of the so called account they cant even give me as i need to request this from ABSA.

When i call ABSA am being told my account was handover and need to speak to Norton Lambriano's. I eventually get a mail from FNB to show which accounts were paid out and the amounts and then send this to both Norton Lambriano's and ABSA but neither one of them can give me a statement of the so called personal loan.

I call back again and then am being told I need to call FNB to ask them to call ABSA. Honestly where have you ever heard of such a thing? Eventually when i call again am being told that i need to visit an ABSA branch in order to get the statement.

So literally in this pandemic, I should risk exposure and go to a branch and bring it back to a new born? Now am being told they in communication with ABSA to resolve the matter but how do you handle a case when you dont even have a statement of the matter? So as a firm you go after clients based on he said / she said? Dont you request proof from ABSA?

No one has even bothered to acknowledge my mails, they take a whole 3 hours to respond on whatsapp. Their number doesnt get answered. Next thing ill be told i owe interest and legal fees of which no one can give me answers for.
