Norton is Nonsense

what a disgusting service Norton has, Absa handed my account to them and they went ahead got a judgement against my name without contacting me and i also didn't even get summons of the judgment, now my loan with Absa was fully paid however they unable to remove the judgment as Norton is sitting with the file, i am even still waiting for someone to call me till date what a bull**** service
