NORTON ATTORNEYS - ARE THEY FOR REAL? OR A BUNCH OF HALF-WITS ON THE OTHER END OF THE LINE?

<p>My letter to MTN:</p> <p>Dear Sir,</p> <p>I refer to a phone call I received at 7.30 a.m. from an obnoxious, rude and ****y employee of Norton’s attorney who act on your behalf.</p> <p>(It is ******* to call client’s at 7.30 a.m. as you are aware). I assure you, the person on the other end of the phone, with this attitude, will not be successful in settling any of your accounts. I will indeed be ready to record the call next time so I am able to place it on social media.</p> <p>It is somewhat disturbing to note you have such a firm acting on your behalf. If it is possible, I recommend you go back and listen to the call.</p> <p>MY QUESTION:</p> <p>Is the idea of the debt collectorswhich Norton's employ, to humiliate the client with a ****Y, OBNOXIOUS attitude or try and get the money?</p> <p>I assure you, next time I see the call, I will record it, and I won't be so nice. Oh, by the way, I'm more than happy to settle the debt - of course! But definitely NOT WITH NORTON'S ATTORNEYS!</p> <p>I strongly recommend you review your staff members if you're wanting success in debt collection!'</p> <p>You may be a so- called firm of attorneys, but your staff's attitudes stink!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
