Norton are really upsetting
I have settled my account with them in October 2021, I have received the paid-up letter, but it shows that I am behind with the full amount at the credit bureau. I can't get hold of them!!!

Thank you for raising your concern with us and for the payments that you have made towards settling your account.
Kindly take note of these friendly reminders; * The client generates the paid-up letter upon receipt of the payment and same should reflect on your account within 14x days.* Upon receipt of your payment, the credit provider must send the information to the Credit Bureau within 7x days to update your profile. * The Credit Bureau then has 7x days from receiving the updated information from the Credit Provider to update it on the Credit Bureau. * If this has not been done for whatever reason, you can contact the Credit Bureau directly to provide them with the paid-up letter. Kindly contact the Credit Bureau @ ***.* Kindly be advised that the general Credit Bureau update process takes roughly some days, and is thereafter dependent on the relevant Credit Bureau’s internal timelines.
Trust that you find the above in order.
Kind Regards
