Non-stop harassment
They claim that I have a credit card - which I dont have. When I asked to see a statements for the so-called outstanding amount, they sent me a PDF file which you can only open with your ID. Well my ID number doesnt open the file! Proof that they dont even have my ID number. They cannot send me a copy of the statement either!. I am being harassed via phone calls, emails and sms's. The people calling are rude and will not give one a chance to explain. They can give no details whatsoever regarding the so-called outstanding amount. Everyone who calls is querying a different credit card!!! I am sick and tired of these assholes
