No Service and unprofessional communication skills.

Hi this company just wants to collect money. I have requested a full statement and proof of contract from them as stated by the NCR i am within my rights to ask this has been going on for more than 5months now. I have even been taunted on whatsapp by one of their agents. I have proof of every phonecall(recordings) whatsapp and emails sent to them. I had a brein opperation and for that reason i cant recollect any account that i have had or have and i want proof of purchases made and a statement to see how old this debt is and if it is prescribed and the signed contract that this is my account. Promise after promise to send me this details to no avail. I even updated my email adress with them and they sent it to an old email. I complained about that and now they sent me a email that states the amount i owe still no statement or contract. I have sent them 100s of whatsapps all in my saved folders to proof all the run around i get from them. I read a post from Jeff Norton to a major bank complaining about service a couple of years ago maybe you should look behind your own doors. I will compile a whole timeline email of event between your firm and I that i will gladly send to anybody at your firm. I dont expect a response from your company but one with the statement and purchases made aswell as the original contract to prove this is my account would be appreciated.
