No proof but want to force me to make an arrangement

<p>Consultants at Norton Lambrianos attorneys keeps</p> <p>phoning, emailing and smsing me about an account</p> <p>that has been handed over to them by Nedbank for</p> <p>collection.</p> <p>Problem is I requested them to send me proof where</p> <p>I have signed for the transaction that made up the</p> <p>outstanding balance. After some time they send me a summary</p> <p>which goes back to 2009 only whith transactions with their</p> <p>monthly charges debited to the account.</p> <p>The NCR states that its ******* for any collecions agency to force</p> <p>people to pay for debt older than 3 years.</p> <p>Now that I have reported them to the NCR they emailed me stating</p> <p>they have requested the proof for me. How come they constinantly </p> <p>contacts me but no proof on record only a summary that is 6 years</p> <p>old?</p>
