NO PAID UP LETTER OR REMOVAL OF CREDIT PROFILE
I have paid my capfin account through this company and have been waiting for a settlement/paid up letter since October 2023. I am not sure if they are with MBD as MBD is showing on my credit profile. I have been sent from pillar to post by both companies to have the letter sent and my credit profile updated. This company is making things worse for me where my credit is concerned. Please help!
