NO CONTACT, SERVICE OR ASSISTANCE

Due to SARS making a mess of my tax number, they have handed me over to these attorneys. I have called with no assistance. I have emailed them without receiving any replies, and let's not even talk about the useless Whatsapp number that I receive no responses on, even though they're online. How am I supposed to resolve a matter (caused by SARS in the first place) with attorneys who don't even respond? I am infuriated with SARS and Norton Lambrianos Attorneys.
