NO communication within the company
3 Different persons called me this week! Don't they have a file where they make notes...!!!!!! What pees me off the most is that I started paying off this credit card on my own - Standard bank did not contact me. It's been YEARS that I have this debt......<br> I started paying February 2014 monthly and did not pay 3 months only (spreaded - not 3 months consecutively), but I still keep on paying.<br> Norton Lambrianos keep on calling me - one would swear I don't pay at all !!! HARASSMENT!<br> At one time they told me to pay a specific day and not make random payments.....HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT!<br> I got an e-mail on 6 August threatening me with court action - although, as I've mentioned, I keep on paying!!! From their [Email Removed] mailbox. ALL 3 CALLERS this week did not know anything about the mail!!! SURELY YOU MAKE NOTES ON A CLIENT'S FILE!!! where IS THE COMMUNICATION IN THIS COMPANY? So unprofessional!!!<br> I AM NOT PLANNING ON GOING ANYWHERE AND WILL KEEP ON PAYING!!! PLEASE STOP HARASSING ME - thank you
