No Asnwers, no statement balances!!
I have been asking for a statement for months now, but I DO NOT RECEIVE ONE, i DONT EVEN GET AN UPDATE OF WHERE MY ACCOUNT IS STANDING. I have emailed them, called them, and still dont get any answers. This is not acceptable. I have even asked for a settlement amount but get no response.
