Nedbank Credit card settlement with Norlam Attorneys

On the 21st of June 2024 I received settlement offer of R20293.10 for my Nedbank Credit card. I paid the said amount same day. On the 24the of June I received an acknowledgement of my proof of payment from *** with Mpho Monama, *** cc'd. To date I have not received a paid up letter and the amount I paid still hasn't reflected on clearscore. Instead I received another email from Norlam attorneys requesting another amount of about R4000. Please assist
