Nedbank and Norlam Atterneys want money but cant send statements.

They collectvMoney for Nedbank. Nedbank requested that a previous complaint be removed as the issue is with the atterneys, and not with an employee. Even though Tebogo works for the atterneys, they represent Nedbank, and "act on behalf of Nedbank".

He sent an email this morning as copied below:

Good day

We acknowledge receipt of your retrenchment letter and the content which have been noted.

We confirm that the fact that you are currently unemployed, does not free you from making payments.

We therefore confirm that you are still required to pay at least R 959.70 per month. This arrangement will be reviewed within 6 months, whereafter you need to increase your installment. Or you may propose minimum monthly payments of what you can afford (reviewable after 3 months)

We hope to hear from you by no later than 7 days from receipt hereof.

The agreement was for the amount of R400.00 per month and has suddenly increased without my knowledge to R900.00?

And according to Nedbank the amount owing is a lot less than the atterneys, and neither can provide me with a statement, Yet, they changed the arranged amount "on approval of Nedbank" who must please provide the arranged debit order with my bank as they are now blocked until done.
