Mistreatment and unprofessional conduct

I am not happy with the conduct of this firm, we had an agreement that I will pay R2000 on my absa credit card every month as I am going through financial crisis. Now I have been served with court papers without any explanation why, because I have been paying the R2000 every month as agreed, I feel like you guys just want to ruin my life , at least you should have communicated to me that the agreement we had is no longer working. I am very disappointed with your conduct
