23 Feb 2022, 15:53Dear Mr. Morajane
Thank you for raising your concern with us, and for the payments that you have made towards settling your account.
Kindly be advised that an inquiry was sent to MTN informing them to update your ITC Status as MTN were the ones that listed you on the Credit Bureau.
MTN is aware of your account being settled, and they have requested with the Credit Bureau that they update your ITC Status accordingly.
Kindly take note of these friendly reminders; * The client generates the paid-up letter upon receipt of the payment and same should reflect on your account within 14x days. * Upon receipt of your payment, the credit provider must send the information to the Credit Bureau within 7x days to update your profile. * The Credit Bureau then has 7x days from receiving the updated information from the Credit Provider to update it on the Credit Bureau. * If this has not been done for whatever reason, you can contact the Credit Bureau directly to provide them with the paid-up letter. Kindly contact the Credit Bureau @ ***. * Kindly be advised that the general Credit Bureau update process takes roughly some days, and is thereafter dependent on the relevant Credit Bureau’s internal timelines. Trust that you find the above in order.
Kind Regards
