Lie

I use to pay a certain amount towards my debt in order to finish paying it, so I can be debt free. I asked for my statements only to find that you guys really don’t want me to finish paying off my debt, cause you keep adding stuff. Mind you you guys gave me that option. I spoke to one of the people that work there and he told me if I pay an x amount, all these interests that make no sense will not be added. So I stayed due to that amount, mind you your calls are recorded so it’s all there. I have paid an x amount towards my debt, but you have basically added on the same amount back in interests and commissions that make no sense. I sent an email to Nonhlanhla Zwane but no answer, I requested to be called but no one got back to me. I am not sure if you want me to pay this debt or not.
