LAUGHING MATTER

I phoned to get the settlement amount due on my account. While I was on the phone with Nomsa Moyo I made the EFF payment. I then requested a paid-up letter. Nomsa send me a letter with the outstanding amount. No paid up letter. I phoned Nomsa Moyo today requesting my paid up letter, she stated that she didnt receive the payment as yet. I told her it is not possible as I cleared the payment. I spoke to Castwell Mavuyangwa( Supervisor) requesting my letter... i have to wait 14-21 days. Rashmee Sewbarun was on lunch. I lost my temper when I was busing talking to Castewell a lady start laughing in the background because he was not able to help me accordingly. I am sick & tired of theses companies who put people like that in call enters.. they harass you everyday, block your inbox and speak to you on the phone anyway they want. nothing in this life is cast in cement only the 10 COMMANDMENT'S in the bible are cast in cement. I want my paid up letter on this account. Norton Attorneys gets the interest on my money!!! I paid up. I want I paid for . These companies should also be taken to court for harassment.
