ITC still reflecting a balance
I got a settlement discount for my outstanding balance. I paid the balance however ITC has not been updated as it is still showing a balance which is the settlement discount that I got. I called 2 weeks back and I was told a request has been submitted for an update. Today ITC is still showing the same balance so I am not sure where I stand.
