Incorrect settlement figures

<p>I have been contacted by thier agent stating i have an outstanding amount to pay i asked him for a settlement figure and he gave me an amount of R3300 this amount was paid he called me two days later stating i have an amount of R500 outstanding on this account I told him that you have given me a settlement amount to pay of R3300 which was paid. Today i call him back requesting a status on the account he says i now owe 544 i requested the figure to be sent via email so i have proof of the amount he then tells me the amount is R604 whilst on the phone till now i have not received an email from him i called back for a statement and i have not received a reply terrible service company with hidden agendas </p>
