Incorrect Balances, I Paid but later on i still owed.

I have had the worse service ever with Norton Attorneys not that i did not want to pay my MTN account but its *********** people who give me wrong information and then i pay then they come back to me with different balances, to me its like i am just paying and i dont know what i am paying for, and its so sad cos i wanted to pay but what do i pay? The last time i made a loan for that money to just get my account up to date. What a waste of money and a waste of time because i still owed dont know where that came from cos i was told Re-Connection was R400 then later i still needed to pay R900? Really *********** staff next time please get someone to call me, who knows their job. If I have to hear someone again calling about R4000-R5000 balance i will lose it really.
