Incomplete process

I was handed over to Norton Lambrianos Attorneys by Absa couple of years ago. I worked with them regarding settling the loan and credit card debt, I must indicate that they were professional and helpful regarding to offers on payment options available to me. All went well and managed to pay off the loans. They provided me with paid up settlement letter which stated that all relevent ITC agencies have been provided with the same for them to update and remove the judgment on my profile however the judgment still reflect on my profile. I followed up with Experian and they indicated that judgment is removed from their side and when I logged in my Experian profile I can't see any judgment on my name.

I waited for another year and today standard bank and applying for credit and it's urgent however the same judgment reflected and therefore prevent me from getting deal.

Kindly assist me with this matter urgently
