*********** Staff

I cant believe that you people want customers to wait 7 -14 days before you send them a paid -up letter, this is ********** as the money stays in the trust account and not paid immediately to our lenders in-order for you to gain interest with no regard as to how it may affect a person that has settled the account. The settlement amounts change every 24 hours even though there is no registered mail or a call received from ya'll as iv been doing all the calling. Consumer protector needs to shut yal down ,all 250 call center seats must be vacant as yal' are very unprofessional to a point where your call agents cannot even send a simple e-mail detailing payment arrangements or settlement letters. its not as if yal have to ship in paid up letter but yal purposefully drag your feet but quick to list clients. i am coming to your offices in Bryanston and i demand to get a paid up letter that will also be sent to transuion immediately. Its all a click away but yal make it hell for clients

Dear Clerence,

as per our previous replies and correspondence, Norton Lambrianos does not extend credit and would not be able to provide you with a paid up letter.  The credit provider is the one that will supply this to you. They will also notify the credit bureaus. Settlements may change at the discretion of our clients as this is a way in which they try to accommodate debtors.

Please note that we are willing to assist with the facilitation of a paid up letter between you and the credit provider as a courtesy.

You are welcome to contact our call centre so that we can see how we can assist.

Kind regards

Norton Lambrianos Attorneys
