I want to pay my student loan, I have the full amount I am almost on my hands and knees here requesting one document which they cant give me (Student Loan Contact). And they are threatening to send the sheriff of the court. I mean what madness is this?

Please note that we have requested for a copy of the contract from our client on numerous occasions (2021/09/14; 2021/08/27; 2021/08/06) and we have advised you that you would have to go to the nearest branch to obtain same. We have also informed the client that you are unable to go to the nearest branch and inquired for an alternative method of obtaining a copy of the contract on your behalf.
With regards to the settlement offer made; we are waiting for your response on the email dated 2021/09/17 in connection with the supporting documents required for us to be able to get approval from our client in accordance.
Unfortunately, if we do not come to an agreement that fit the client's requirements we would have no choice but to proceed with legal action in order to keep the legal interest of our client.
And although we do understand your frustration, we would caution you against making a baseless comment such as “***********” which may lead to the defamation of our company reputation.
One of our managers will be in contact with you shortly to resolve your inquiries.

· Payments were made on 20th of September 2021.
· Confirmation of receipt of proof of payments were sent to you via email on the 21st of September 2021 where we also confirmed that upon receipt of payment in our bank account, we will send same through to the client in order to generate a settlement letter accordingly.
· We requested for a settlement letter and confirmed with you via email on the 27th of September 2021 that we will follow up with our client regarding the settlement letter requested. (Keep in mind that we generally receive the settlement letter 14-21 business days following our request to the client.)
· We have scheduled to follow up again today 4 October 2021 with the client and will send another email to you to confirm that same has been done.
As soon as we receive the settlement letter from our client we will ensure that same is forwarded to you accordingly.
