I need clarity
Poor service can't explain a thing when asked and busy *********** people they hard earned money. I have been paying my account every month but to my surprise the balance is still the same as last year April to this date how is that even possible, and I am told I am paying their lawyers for what cause I didn't hire them. Pathetic sales person who get all emotional when they are suppose to give you answers. And again I don't have an mtn account please

It appears that your concern is with MTN considering the fact that you don't even have an acc with them, hence I suggest you make contact with them to address the issue. Norton Lambrianos does not employ sales people so the person you spoke to was probably from MTN.
If MTN handed you over to lawyers then there may by legal fees that you will have to pay for as per your contract (if you had one). This is for the legal cost that MTN incurred as a result of non payment.
