How Are They In Business!!!

After settling a credit card bill from Standard Bank, I was contacted by Norton again stating I owe the exact same amount that I owed Standard Bank to Nedbank!! I have never even had a Nedbank Credit Card! After many calls & emails they said it was a typo!!! I followed up with Standard Bank and obtained a letter confirming my account and debt was settled and my account closed. Today, 1 month later I receive a summons to appear in court because I have not paid Norton or Standard Bank my original amount which I settled in December 2016!! How can 1 company make so many mistakes? Again today I called Norton to find out what the hell is going on to be told that my account has been settled and not to worry! I am worried because my name is on a legal summons to appear in court, someone has to appear in court to rescind the claim or I will face prosecution. This company needs to be Audited because there is some underhanded something going on here. I even reached out to Nicholas Lambrianos ***ner) on LinkedIn but to no avail.
