Horrific service

Let me try my luck maybe you'll respond on this platform, I've sent numerous emails requesting for a statement for my Edcon account which is ***. I've requested this statement as I had a debit order arrangement with you for my account on a monthly basis which according to Jet my payments are not reflecting, hence they have now closed the account apparently with you according to Monica that I spoke to from your home based agents. I need a statement showing my payments that have been made. I've now been handed over to VVM which are now charging me fees but I've paid towards this account. I need you to send me a statement showing my monthly payments I've made since Feb this year and pls make sure this is on a company letter head and confirm with Edgar's I've made payment as I'm not willing to pay these new attorneys there interest you were supposed to pay the money to Edcon and you didn't which now I've been handed over to someone else.
