Horrible client service

Norton attorneys called me on behalf of RCS to make a payment. I arranged a full "discounted "payment with the lady of which I honored. Now I called the the attorney for my paid up letter, the waiting introduction of the call was quoting ' professional's . Then Nomsa Moyo answered the call and i explained the reason of my call, cause I couldn't understand why should wait for 14-21 days of paid letter, iyoo Nomsa told how I am a debtor and am not their customer they just debt collectors. I said to her why did you call me knowing we never signed anything thing with them. The " professional hung up the phone on my ear. She was so rude the whole call. I wonder if Retail shops knows how much they losing customers because of their Debt collectors like Nomsa
