Harassed Despite Proof of Closed Account

Samantha M from this firm aggressively pursued me for R122.99 on a Vodacom account THAT WAS PAID UP AND CLOSED on 1 January 2025 already. I provided clear proof — including a zero balance invoice — and sent multiple emails, but they ignored all of it. They kept threatening me with legal action and blacklisting without acknowledging a single response. Vodacom has now admitted the billing was incorrect and is processing a credit to clear the account.

This kind of harassment and refusal to engage with the actual facts is unacceptable, reckless, and potentially ********.

If you're relying on automation to ********ly harass people, perhaps reprogram your system to follow the law.

I've escalated this to ICASA who have in turn referred the matter to the NCC.
