Harassed by consultant
I got an sms demanding payment or legal action will be taken against me. On calling I spoke to an incredibly aggressive consultant who simply refused to be forthcoming with information.

My battery died and as I was charging, I received a second SMS demanding immediate response to make payment. I called again, spoke a to a lady, who after me explaining how my phone died and I got cut off from another consultant and was inquiring about this account simply demanded a date for the debit. I had to raise my voice to be heard - whereupon I found out that my account was handed over to them 5 months ago.

She said she would follow up after having heard my side. I then also asked for time to do my own investigation and the moment I hung up I received a third email demanding debit arrangements be made.

If this is an automated service they need to relook it. The first consultant even went as far as saying they have been looking for me for a while and have 10 recorded smses sent from their system - if 3 fire off in ONE day that means theres a possiblity they have not been searching for me over much - I am NOT that hard to find, 3 found me in one day.
