Getting harassing sms's & emails for an account that is paid up.
Getting harassing sms's & emails for an account that is paid up. This company seem to me that they are ************ ************s preying on people in financial difficulty. My RCS account was in arrears and was settled early May 2019. I have the RCS receipt with a R0.00 balance but this organization claims I owe RCS over R500 after they began unrelenting calls subsequent to settlement. Please can someone assist by referring me to the correct legal path so that I can fight this.
