Frustrated, disappointed and desperate client.

My name is Queen Mpatane, with a Wonga account that has been handed over to Norton Lambrianos Attorneys. I tried to get a letter that shows that I have made arrangements to my Wonga account, a need the letter for a potential employer. However I am told that I cannot get the letter I have to be paying for atleast six months before I can get the letter and also, if I had made arrangements to pay atleast 10% of the amount I owe I would be able to be given a letter. My trying to explain that the letter I need it for a potential employer is falling on deaf ears. I am currently unemployed, and just need that letter, everything else is fine. I really don't know, I am not denying the debt, I totally agree that I am owing Wonga, but if I don't get a job, how am I going to be able to pay the required amount. I am also tired of the debt and tired of getting sms'es reminding me of my debt and calls asking me to make arrangements. Like, some process are really unnecessary. I am here, desperate and frustrated needing just a mere letter that shows that I made arrangements, I really do not understand what the fuss is all about. It seems like attorneys or debt collection companies or Norton Lambrianos Attorneys is just here to make my life a living hell. I am really disappointed and astonished by what I am hearing and been told my your agents. Norton Lambrianos Attorneys management, I plead to you as a consumer, please review your process so that they can make the life's of your consumers easier. I believe, a happy consumer or client, equals a happy client. Unless you want us to pay R10 on those accounts until Jesus comes. Because I really don't understand where am I going to get the funds to pay if I am unemployed. Like do you think we love getting handed over or the fun of it. I am feeling like you are trying to hold on to my account so that you can just continue putting your extra charges on that account. My reference is NC025962
