Extremely poor service and ****mers

I settled my Nedbank credit card which had been handed over to Norton Lambrios attorneys on January the 31, to this day I have not received my paid up letter and when I call Nedbank they tell me they haven't received the money. This scares me because I don't know if I'm being ****med or not
